Built On Open Standards
ICM is an open-source agent-architecture spec that replaces complex orchestration code with structured folder hierarchies and layered markdown context files. Every workbench in the platform is built to this spec. We use the term “workbench” in place of the spec’s “workflow”, a deliberate choice that grounds the concept for training audiences and avoids confusion with the automation pipelines and tool integrations the word already describes elsewhere.
